Justin Blair’s practice is focused primarily on transactional and corporate matters in regulated industries requiring professional licensure (medical, dental, chiropractic, veterinary, etc.). He assists his clients with a variety of issues, including equity and asset acquisitions, structuring and implementing Dental and other Management Support Organizations (DSOs/MSOs), negotiating and drafting various purchase agreements, business support agreements, professional employment contracts, and other corporate matters, such as business formation, business planning, and corporate governance. Justin has experience with deals of all sizes, ranging from single-practice, $100,000 transactions to national DSO acquisitions valued at over $500 million.

Prior to founding JTB Law, Justin was a partner at Parsons, Behle and Latimer where, for nearly a decade, he served as a core member of the firm’s Corporate, Transactions & Securities and Healthcare practice groups. Justin obtained a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration from Tulane University in New Orleans where he studied transactional law, international business, and finance. Following his formal education, he completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Joel E. Tingey, Administrative District Judge for the 7th Judicial District of Idaho.

Justin primarily practices from JTB Law’s Lehi, Utah office but serves clients located across the country. He is licensed in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, and Utah.
